Parish is looking for a new Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.
We are an alternative live music venue & restaurant with a reputation for banging gigs & banging food. We offer a delicious smash burger menu, fresh pizza, session fries & sides, its a not junk, junk food menu if you will All fresh with a dirty food feel.
We are looking for someone to take total control of the kitchen & its output. Working alongside the general manager & directors on menu development, the kitchen will be your total responsibility. Staff, Health & Hygiene, Hours, Ordering etc. So we are looking for someone with considerable experience in the industry.
We love creativity & we love a bit of passion about food, so attitude is really important to us. The kitchen can get really busy so someone with a calm & positive personality is needed to thrive in our environment.
