Role
We are recruiting for a local role of a STORE MANAGER at our beautiful Thurrock store, managing a dedicated Mamas & Papas store team from Deputy through to Supervisors and Sales Consultants. All are passionate about parenting and delivering a unique in‑store experience to our amazing customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop the store team to drive results.
* Deliver a true customer experience, ensuring a unique in‑store experience for our customers.
* Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, merchandising and sales targets.
* Maintain visual standards and product knowledge.
Qualifications
* Retail Management background with a proven track record of inspiring and developing teams.
* Strong passion for customer experience.
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
