Job Description:
A boutique hedge fund with a sizeable, rapidly expanding AUM and recent market-leading performance is looking to hire a new Head of Operations.
The firm is experiencing significant growth and, following an internal restructure, plans to hire a backfill Head of Operations, including a handover period.
The successful candidate will manage a small team, oversee key internal and external stakeholders, and lead projects such as system implementations, new tool development, and onboarding new service providers.
The ideal candidate is a senior buy-side operations analyst or current operations manager seeking advancement. Hands-on experience with business-as-usual activities is crucial, while supervisory experience is a plus. Strong academic records and industry qualifications are advantageous.
The role offers a first-year salary of £140-170k TC with strong growth prospects. Flexibility to WFH 2 days per week is available once established.
