Key Responsibilities as a Final Assembly Operative Assemble complex components using drawings and hand tools Conduct inspections and certify assemblies Record progress and component movement using SAP Maintain tools and work areas to high standards Follow strict safety, FOD, and ESD protocols Must have requirements: Manufacturing or precision assembly experience Ability to read engineering drawings Must have a background in mechanical assembling ( aerospace would be an advantage) Skilled with hand tools and general IT systems GCSEs 37 (or equivalent) SAP, Microsoft Office, or ESD awareness a plus Take the next step as a Final Assembly Operative.
