Position Statement
The Manager, HAFS Shared Services Strategy plays a critical role in shaping, enabling, and communicating the future direction of Hilton Accounting & Finance Services (HAFS). In addition to strong analytical and business‑case capability, the role acts as a strategic partner to Snr Director Shared Service Strategy, supporting communications planning, performance storytelling, dashboard development, and brand‑aligned messaging for Shared Services initiatives. The role supports decision‑making at SteerCo level, translating complex operational and financial data into clear insights, compelling narratives, and executive‑ready materials that enable effective change, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of strategic outcomes.
Strategic & Business Insight
* Support the development and evolution of the global HAFS Shared Services strategy, including operating model design, expansion scenarios, and service portfolio optimisation.
* Partner with HAFS Governance and Finance teams on key performance indicators.
Communications, Branding & Stakeholder Enablement
* Support communications planning for HAFS Shared Services initiatives and brand integrity.
* Develop executive‑ready materials (presentations, updates, newsletters, dashboards) aligned to Hilton brand standards and tone.
* Contribute to the development of a consistent HAFS Shared Services “brand”, including how services, value, and performance are articulated across regions.

Required Qualifications
* Extensive progressive overall experience.
* Some experience in project management support, strategic development and/or change management.
* Experience or interest in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query).
* Functional knowledge of the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services organization, financial systems, and processes.
* Experience or interest in data analytics.
* BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
