The role The Cover Supervisor Co-ordinator is a key role in the Academy ensuring on a daily basis that effective arrangements are in place to arrange cover for planned and on-the day staff absence. High levels of organisation and the ability to remain clam under pressure are key requirements of the role. Cover Supervisor Co-ordinators ensure that everyone undertaking cover, including agency/supply staff, are sufficiently informed and equipped to do so effectively, providing basic induction information for agency/supply staff.
