Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Psychology for our partner School in Wellingborough/Raunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive and dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, teach, and assess Psychology lessons to ensure progression of learning.
* Set clear objectives and challenging tasks to engage and inspire students.
* Support students with individual needs (AEN/SEN) and encourage high standards in behaviour and work.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to help achieve their potential.
* Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral care and well-being of students.
* Contribute to the development of the department and school policies.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum and a passion for teaching.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
* Dedication to continuous professional development.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
