Location: Leicester (hybrid working) Salary: £28,000 competitive benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent We’re looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and wider HR stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience across the business. What you’ll do support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising through to onboarding coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies manage recruitment administration, including offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) assist with direct sourcing and screening where required coordinate and support assessment centres, careers fairs, and recruitment events provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience You’ll be expected to work proactively, manage competing priorities, and communicate confidently with stakeholders, ensuring a professional and consistent recruitment process at all times.
