We are seeking a highly motivated and results orientated warranty telesales representative to join our dynamic telesales team based in Guiseley, Leeds. Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for building rapport? At Stiltz Homelifts we design, manufacture, and install our award winning Stiltz Homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement in their own homes. As Telesales Representative - warranties, you will be part of that mission, you'll build relationships and influence, working with warm leads with a view to securing warranty package sales. No cold calling! The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through proactive lead management.
* Analyse system-generated lead reports to uncover valuable sales opportunities.
* Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations.
* Utilise your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages.
* Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product-related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
* Work Monday to Friday in our Guiseley office (LS20 8LG), as part of the Consumer Sales team.
Qualifications
* Hold a proven track-record in a similar B2C telesales environment.
* Strong sales acumen and proven negotiation/closing skills.
* Thrive in a competitive environment and driven to exceed goals.
* Have excellent listening skills and can readily understand customer needs.
* Able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Enjoy connecting with people and building rapport.
