We’re looking for full-time Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in Leeds. We’ll take the time to get to know you, your strengths, and your career goals, then match you with a school setting that suits you best.
Whether you're drawn to supporting younger pupils, working with teenagers, or helping students with additional needs, we’ll help you find the right fit to build your confidence and skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
Helping create a positive, supportive learning environment
Supporting students with their learning, behaviour, and development
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
What we’re looking for:
✔️ A graduate with a passion or interest in working with young people
✔️ Experience working with children or young people, this could be through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or volunteering
✔️ A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ An interest in starting a career in education, teaching, or support work
✔️ Strong communication skills and confidence working with others
