Offer description

We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines office management and HR support – perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and making a real impact.

Hours: @21 hours per week on Tues, Weds, Thurs

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate all building and facilities maintenance, servicing and repairs.
* Ensure office facilities are kept orderly, ensuring supplies are stocked up and communal areas are free from rubbish.
* Assist Compliance with co-ordinating refresher health & safety training, accreditations and QMS system.
* Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and co-ordinate fire evacuations in line with Health & Safety requirements.
* Carry out risk assessments to ensure we are adhering to safety regulations
* Act as receptionist to welcome visitors and maximise the security of our building.
* Manage the Office inbox and respond to day-to-day queries from managers and employees.
* Placing stationery orders and supplies for office such as milk
* Maintaining training records and supporting with payroll processes, such as checking expenses
* Co-ordinate company social activities and charity events
* Devise and distribute Wellness Wednesday posts on Viva Engage
* Be a point of call for car parking queries
* Ordering lunches for customer and Board visits

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
