Rate: £44.10 - £48.44ph This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend and is on a Hybrid basis. Responsibilities as a Planning and Highway Solicitor: Analyse and interpret planning documents, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Able to handle high caseload in Planning and Highway from start to completion. Prepare planning appeal documents and submissions to relevant planning authorities. To attend at Licensing, Planning, and other committees where legal advice and support is required to keep the Council safe from making unlawful decisionsAbout you as a Planning and Highway Solicitor: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
