Job Purpose The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing food services, driving customer satisfaction, implementing staff training programmes, monitoring inventory, and managing budgets effectively. You will work closely with the wider team to uphold the Estates commitment to sustainability and outstanding service standards.
