Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences?


As a Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for new clients. You’ll take ownership of the onboarding journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly between initial enquiry and introduction to the relevant fee earner.


Your role will involve collating enquiry details and preparing terms of business documents, coordinating any required information or payments, and maintaining regular, clear communication with clients to ensure they feel supported throughout the process. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive first impression and helping clients start their relationship with us confidently and seamlessly.


As a member of our Operations team, you’ll provide vital support across the business through a range of administrative tasks, including maintaining client files and assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and client communications. You’ll also play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

What We’re Looking for:


* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team
* 1-2 years’ experience in a professional services environment preferred but not essential
* This position can be based at either our Eastbourne or Tunbridge Wells office. Please ensure that you are able to commute to one or both of these locations.
