You will be a passionate individual, dedicated to supervising the team to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service by identifying and satisfying their needs, thus ensuring that the store meets its sales targets and develops customer loyalty. You will also support the management team to maximize profit while maintaining the brand image.

What you'll be doing
* Supervise the team to optimize the customer experience as part of TWC multi-channel strategy.
* Supervise the training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve the highest levels of customer service and performance.
* Ensure the team handles all customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Oversee store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, reflecting the brand image.
* Perform administrative tasks such as till transactions, cashing up, and staff discounts.
* Hold keys to the store, open and close the store, complete relevant checklists, and handle cash.
* Drive sales on the shop floor in the absence of senior management, optimizing sales and customer service at all times.
