Ideal Nursery Assistant:
1. Passionate about supporting children’s development in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment
2. Previous childcare experience is essential
3. Reliable and punctual, committed to attending scheduled shifts
Candidate Requirements:
4. At least 6 months’ experience working with children or in a nursery setting
5. Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
6. Strong understanding of safeguarding principles in early years settings
