As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed with the counter manager.
* Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction and generate service revenue.
* Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business objectives.
* Support in‑store, external and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
* Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales records and assist with counter‑manager administration.
* Keep the counter clean, hygienic and branded to create an appealing shopping environment.
Qualifications
* Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales‑driven.
* Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on sales targets.
* Result‑oriented and eager to exceed expectations.
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty.
* Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
* Minimum 6 months retail experience.
