Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a warm, supportive care setting?
We’re urgently recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for a respected care home in the Gainsborough area of Lincolnshire. Join a committed team that delivers exceptional nursing care to elderly residents with a variety of needs.
The Role:
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, working alongside a close-knit care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who value professional development and want to make a real difference in residents’ lives.
Responsibilities & Duties:
As an RGN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering personalised care to residents, administering medication, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider care team to promote dignity, safety, and wellbeing, while providing emotional support to residents and their families.

What We’re Looking For:
Valid NMC PIN (RGN) - active and in good standing
Strong clinical skills with a kind and compassionate approach
A team player who works well under pressure
Experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting (preferred, not essential)
