Location: Nationwide role (travel required to our Developments)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a Fire Safety Manager to lead our fire and building safety approach, ensuring compliance with all current and future legislation. This is a pivotal role in shaping our strategic approach, working closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and key stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do -
* Develop and implement fire and building safety strategies across our estate.
* Provide expert guidance to internal teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* Work closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and external consultants to maintain our high safety standards.
* Conduct audits on fire risk assessments, ensuring best practice across our properties.
* Lead fire remediation projects and implement recommendations to enhance safety.
* Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure our approach evolves accordingly.
What We’re Looking For -
* Degree-qualified professional with membership in a relevant fire safety body (e.g., IWFM).
* Extensive knowledge of fire and building safety legislation.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences.
* Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies across large property estates.
* Resilient, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
