We’re looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to support the delivery of influencer campaigns across key territories. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about beauty tech, commercially minded and eager to develop their career within a fast paced, data led marketing team.
In this role, you’ll support initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engagement and sales across multiple channels, working towards clear KPIs such as campaign performance, influencer engagement and revenue contribution.
You’ll play a key role in executing influencer activity, supporting partnership strategies and contributing to campaigns that combine creativity, data and commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple territories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Assist in identifying, onboarding and managing relationships with influencers and content creators
* Coordinate campaign activity including product sends, briefs, timelines and content approvals
* Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion and ROI
* Support reporting and provide insights to optimise campaign performance and inform future activity
* Conduct research into industry trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities
* Support influencer events, product launches and brand activations
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver campaigns effectively and on time
Requirements:
* 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing (including internships or placements)
* Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of how influencer activity drives engagement, traffic and sales
* Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing within a wider digital marketing mix
* Experience supporting campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking
* Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Strong communication skills, confident building relationships with influencers, agencies and internal stakeholders
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing insights to improve performance
* Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* A genuine interest in beauty, wellness or technology and the influencer landscape
