Dudley Council is seeking a confident, forward‑thinking Senior Practice Supervisor to lead, inspire, challenge and support our team of Youth Mentors as they deliver services to young people across the borough. This role calls for someone who can combine strong leadership with an understanding of youth work, ensuring high‑quality, relationship‑centred support is delivered consistently. You’d be guiding the mentors to deliver high quality casework and wider youth work provision. You will support the youth mentors to achieve their apprenticeship through line management, reflective supervision, service development, and working collaboratively with partners to drive positive outcomes for young people.
