We are recruiting for an outstanding manager position within a well‑renowned and rapidly growing independent health and fitness business.
Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day running of club facilities.
* Inspire and manage a team to drive high performance, deliver excellent customer service, and consistently go above and beyond.
* Manage budgets, KPIs, P&L and drive overall club performance.
* Maintain high standards of service and constantly deliver upon them.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experienced manager with a proven track record running a department or club.
* Strong understanding of service standards required for a successful fitness business.
* Background in high‑end club, fitness, or operations management and familiarity with high‑end facilities.
* Strong leadership and people‑motivation skills, able to inspire a team and roll up sleeves when needed.
* Sales experience is an advantage.
