Experience in Telecom OSS architecture, design, and solution delivery.
Strong hands-on understanding of Intelligent Automation Platforms (e.g., Pega, UiPath, ServiceNow Automation, Automation Anywhere, Camunda, or similar).
Proven experience in AI/ML, data modeling, data lakes, event streaming, and analytics (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Python ML stack).
Deep exposure to telecom protocols and domains
Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization, and DevSecOps practices.
Domain Expertise End-to-end understanding of telecom network domains: RAN, Transport, Core, Fiber.
Soft Skills Excellent communication and technical articulation skills.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration ability.
Ability to operate in complex, multi-vendor, multi-technology environments.
