This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional evening events.
STYLE OF FOOD
Hot and cold breakfast, full lunch offerings. Everything is made on site using fresh ingredients. An evening team will mirror the lunchtime menu.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking.
2. Cater to the needs of all customers.
3. Develop innovative and on-trend menus.
4. Lead and manage a team effectively, demonstrating dedication and responsibility.
5. Ensure consistent food standards following Wilson Vale brand guidelines.
6. Deliver fresh, seasonal, and globally inspired food to customers.
7. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards, including record keeping.
8. Manage allergy reporting and customer signposting.
9. Handle budgeting, ordering, and stock management.
10. Provide training and development for team members.
11. Supervise a team of 3 staff members.
12. Provide limited cover for the night shift as part of developing the food offer.
