We're currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established, Halifax-based client who is looking to bring in a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and playing a key role in customer retention and satisfaction.
Salary - upto £28,000
Your responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on engagement, satisfaction and retention
Build strong relationships through regular contact and proactive communication
Support onboarding of new customers
Identify at-risk accounts and take action to improve retention
Monitor customer activity
Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Review feedback to spot trends and improvements
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Support customers with renewalsAbout you:
