Are you passionate about IT resilience and disaster recovery? Gallagher is seeking an IT Disaster Recovery Analyst to join the GGB-EMEA IT Disaster Recovery Team. This role supports the IT Disaster Recovery Manager and Senior DR Specialists by handling administrative tasks and contributing to IT resilience and disaster recovery planning. You will ensure the smooth operation of the IT Disaster Recovery lifecycle and assist with continuity-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Impact Analysis: Update Impact Analysis and Calculated Business Value forms.
* Third-Party Assurance: Review evidence for third-party disaster recovery testing.
* Continuity Testing: Plan, prepare, and deliver continuity tests, including vendor assurance and IT DR onboarding.
* Disaster Recovery Plans: Support creation and maintenance of DR plans for business and IT systems. (BAU, projects, or M&A).
* Annual DR Testing Schedule: Manage and deliver the schedule, including test coordination, reporting, and post-test actions.
* Reporting: Provide DR information for management reporting.
* Issue: Recognise and elevate gaps in the DR environment.
* Compliance: Adhere to Gallagher’s Professional Standards Policy and applicable regulations.
* Ad Hoc Tasks: Support additional tasks as required.
About You
Qualifications & Skills
* Preferred: BCI Affiliate Membership or ABCP certification.
* Required: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
Technical Knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is essential.
* Awareness of BC/DR industry best practices is advantageous.
Experience
* Some experience in BC/DR environments.
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to change, and work under pressure.
* High professionalism, trust, and integrity.
Other
* Willingness to travel across the UK and potentially internationally. Which is infrequent and only when required.
* Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in Wakefield or London office.
* Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
