Fixed term – 9 months
Applications are invited for a 9‑month fixed term Band 5 radiographer post at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin. The hospital is located on the south coast of the Moray Firth, 40 miles from Inverness and 70 miles from Aberdeen.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join a friendly team of professionals in this busy district general hospital. The department provides a General Radiography service, including 24‑hour A&E cover, CT, Dental, Fluoro, DEXA and Ultrasound, and delivers care to GP’s, Orthopaedics, Medical, General Surgery, Paediatrics and Neonates, A&E, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthodontics, Theatres and community sites.
Newly qualified graduates and final‑year students in Diagnostic Radiography are invited to apply.
The successful candidate will be involved in the department’s Quality Assurance and Clinical Audit programmes and will participate in the out‑of‑hour imaging service.
