Jewellery Polisher / Finisher (Luxury Jewellery) Neve Jewels Group

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Jewellery Polisher to join our luxury jewellery workshop based in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role working predominantly with Platinum and Gold, ensuring exceptional finishes to the highest quality standards.
This role may suit professionals currently working as a Jewellery Polisher, Bench Jeweller, Goldsmith, Jewellery Finisher, or Manufacturing Jeweller.
Key Responsibilities
* Precision polishing and finishing of fine jewellery using specialist tools and equipment
* Working primarily with Platinum and Gold, with some Silver
* Identifying and correcting surface imperfections using magnification and controlled lighting
* Applying appropriate polishing techniques for different metals and finishes
* Maintaining strict quality control standards to meet company and customer expectations
* Working closely with setters, mounters, and other jewellery professionals within the workshop
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery polishing or a similar role within the jewellery industry
* Experience working with precious metals (Gold and Platinum essential)
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
