Academics are seeking an experienced SEN learning support assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming two-form entry primary school in Wandsworth, starting December 2025. As a SEN learning support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing support to the SEN pupils within the SEN provision within the school to ensure the children are receiving full support towards their development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school with an 'Good' Ofsted report, known for its nurturing ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to academic and personal development.

Role: Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £95-£105 a day
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the SEN children in KS2/KS1 within the school.
2. 1 to 1 and classroom support to various different pupils with different SEN.
3. Work with individual pupils to reinforce learning and help them reach their potential.
4. Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies.
5. Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to ensure a consistent and effective support approach.
