We're looking for a CQC Registered Home Manager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine commitment to person-centred care to manage 2 of our homes in Folkestone.
The services you will be responsible for include:
* Laburnum House (CT20 2QD) - is situated in Folkestone, in Kent. It offers residential support for six males and females who have a primary learning disability diagnosis, including people who are autistic. The home is ideally placed on a residential street near the town centre.
* Ravenlea (CT20 2JU) - is a residential service in Folkestone, Kent. We support six males and females who have a learning disability or are autistic. We are set on a residential street, near the town centre.
What you'll be doing
As the Registered Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality. You'll support and inspire your team to provide outstanding care while actively helping residents achieve their goals, develop their skills, and gain confidence through community involvement and meaningful activities.
The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.

What you'll bring to the role
* Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
* Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success.
* Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing.
* Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
* Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.
* Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
What We're Looking For:
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
* Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Flexibility, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to inspire others.
