Job title: Property Insurance Sales Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (OTE £35,000)
Location: Lincoln – office based 5 days per week
Job Overview
* As a Property Insurance Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your area selling a range of insurance products.
* This is a sales-focused role, where you’ll drive growth in our clients product range, create engaging campaigns, and act as a trusted partner to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a clear strategy to increase sales month on month.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
* Monitor and report on performance against targets.
* Deliver innovative marketing campaigns to engage and incentivise customers.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.
* Share best practice across the team and act as a role model.
* Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce CRM.
