The Role In this role,youllsupport the day-to-day running of the service by providing high-quality administrative support and an excellent front-of-house housing service.Youllbe involved in helping to prevent homelessness, supporting the management of temporary accommodation, arranging appointments, and responding to a wide range of customer enquiries. Our customers are diverse and often vulnerable, soyoullneed to bring a flexible, empathetic, and positive approach to a role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding. Working in a busy, multifunctional environment,youllcarry out a variety of tasks in line with the Trusts values, current legislation, and our service level agreement with Bromsgrove District Council. About You To be successful,you will need to have good administration and communication skills along withpreviousexperience of meetingdeadlines/targets and working in apressurised environment. Previousexperience of using Microsoft Packages Excel, Word, Outlook Experience of working with vulnerable client groups would be beneficial.
