Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager: Managing and developing an existing portfolio of UK accounts of varying sizes Acting as the key point of contact and building long term relationships Keeping customers updated on new products and innovations Following up warm marketing leads to obtain new business Producing and following up quotations and samples Handling queries and occasional complaints along with admin duties Supporting bespoke customer projects Coordinate internally to ensure delivery expectations are met Requirements of the Internal Account Manager: Has B2B sales experience in Account Management role Are confident following up quotations and proactively selling new products Ideally understands print, retail display, POS or signage industry or similar Has experience dealing with procurement buyers or technical specifiers Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities Is adaptable and solution focused Enjoys relationship building and becoming a trusted partner Commercially minded, able to negotiate and understand margins
