As an IT Service Desk Associate, you will be:
* Logging, prioritising and resolving service desk tickets using ServiceNow
* Providing 1st line technical support to colleagues across departments and stores
* Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring minimal business disruption
* Maintaining stock levels and supporting new store IT setups
* Liaising with external suppliers to resolve technical issues
* Supporting the delivery and testing of new system functionality
* Taking part in wider IT projects and occasional out-of-hours support when needed
Person Specification:
* Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
* Confident communicator with a calm, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a collaborative team
* Proactive and organised, with a desire to learn and grow
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
