Purpose of Role
VINCI Facilities is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our Commercial and Property Services teams delivering services on our Lincolnshire County Council contract. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and supporting operational delivery.
Job Description
This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working as part of a team while also being confident managing their own workload.
Responsibilities
1. Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
2. Processing and checking mileage claims
3. Ordering uniforms and equipment
4. Chasing outstanding tasks and actions
5. Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
6. Providing helpdesk phone cover when required
7. Preparing information, reports and presentations for meetings
8. Supporting the commercial and property services teams with administrative tasks
9. General administrative duties as required
Essential Qualifications/Skills
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills
11. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
12. Excellent customer service and communication skills
13. Confidence and professionalism when handling phone enquiries
14. The ability to work independently and manage priorities
15. A proactive and positive approach to work
16. Strong attention to detail
