Job Description:
We are seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker (Part Time) to support children and young people in a residential setting. A UK manual driving licence is essential (car not required). Experience in a similar role or personal life experience, along with an understanding of the industry, is preferred.
Responsibilities include supporting children in all aspects of daily life, fostering relationships, encouraging community engagement, safeguarding, and basic housekeeping duties. The role involves long day shifts, including sleep-ins overnight.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience or personal life experience in a similar role (preferred)

* Children’s Residential Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)

* Ability to work long shifts, including weekends
