About the Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
1. Work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership.
2. Champion our Christian ethos, inspiring staff and pupils to live out our core values.
3. Lead on key areas of school improvement, curriculum development, and staff professional growth.
4. Teach a KS2 class, modelling outstanding practice and fostering high achievement.
5. Serve as Subject Leader for Maths, driving excellence across the curriculum.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
6. Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree.
7. Has proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching.
8. Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and motivates others.
9. Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the Christian foundation of our school.
10. Demonstrates resilience, integrity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
