Are you passionate about transforming how organisations work? We're looking for a proactive Business Analyst to play a pivotal role across HR and the wider organisation, driving improvements in how our processes and systems are designed, delivered, and supported. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the business to analyse current-state processes, uncover opportunities for automation and digitisation, project manage new HR platform implementations, and optimise our people-related systems to ensure they deliver maximum value. This role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week based on site and the remaining days worked from home. There will be occasional travel to our other UK and Ireland sites as and when required. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Improvement Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Design future-state processes that improve user experience, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments across multiple functions. Identify opportunities to automate, digitise, or streamline processes using existing or new systems. HR Systems Implementation & Optimisation Support the implementation and optimisation of the new HR platform “People Connect”. Review current application of the T&A platform, optimise for GB teams and implement across Ireland sites. Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and wider Divisional and Group colleagues. Support system configuration, UAT, and deployment activities including training, comms and engagement. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support Work across all internal business teams to understand needs and priorities. Facilitation of workshops and project meetings to gather insights and validate solutions. Support change management activities by contributing to training materials, process documentation and communication. Governance, Data & Continuous Improvement Ensure solutions meet regulatory, privacy and organisational standards in line with internal and external audit requirements. Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics requirements related to HR platforms. Track benefits, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What we are looking for in our Business Analyst: You will have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across a multi-site organisation. Strong process analysis and process design capability. Experience supporting system implementations or major system enhancements. Ability to translate business needs into clear structured requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes with demonstrable ROI. Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit: Project management qualification / experience. Experience working with HR platforms. Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or transformation initiatives. Experience working in agile, hybrid delivery environments.
