Salary: £51,000 – £60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Driving Licence Required (must be over 21 for insurance purposes)

What You’ll Do
Transformation & Operations
* Design scalable resourcing and delivery models across hard, soft, and food FM services
* Align UK systems with global Sodexo platforms for a seamless, integrated operating model
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance process consistency and service quality
Data & Insight
* Build insightful reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI) that drive smarter decisions
* Eliminate non-value-adding reports and focus on data that tells a compelling story
* Translate complex analysis into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholders
Continuous Improvement & Culture
* Drive a culture of improvement through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration
* Lead and support improvement projects across sites and functions
* Partner with internal teams to embed best practices and digital solutions
Key Outcomes

Essential
What You’ll Bring
* Strong background in continuous improvement, analytics, and service optimisation
* Proven experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvements
* Experience working within an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively.
* Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and integrated reporting tools
* Commercial mindset with the ability to influence across all levels
* Experience managing multi-site improvement initiatives
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel across the UK
Desirable
* Experience in government or regulated sectors
* Qualifications in finance, statistics, or data analysis
* Experience with structured project methodologies and external vendors
