Ian Williams is one of the largest privately owned national Property Services contractors in the UK and we are growing. This role is based in our Head Office in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, with hybrid office hours, typically three days in the office and two from home.

Responsibilities
* Manage the HR inbox and address queries
* Oversee onboarding of new starters from offer to payroll, ensuring compliance
* Liaise with internal and external departments
* Write and produce correspondence
* Assist with annual tasks such as pay reviews and insurance renewals
* Monitor and update records for DBS checks, driving licence checks, inductions, probations, appraisals and other HR records
* Support the H&S Manager in producing monthly, quarterly and Board reports
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR environment
* Strong communication skills, able to engage with colleagues and key stakeholders
* Competence in organisational and planning skills, managing time and meeting deadlines and objectives
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office
* Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work, thriving on supporting others and presenting solutions
