Our client is recruiting for a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Administrator to join a primary school in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

• Managing the school reception and greeting visitors
• Answering telephone and email enquiries

• Data entry and general office administration
• Supporting safeguarding and visitor procedures
• Assisting senior staff with administrative tasks
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident IT skills (school systems desirable)
• Calm, professional, and approachable manner
• Legal right to work in the UK
