Front of House - Reception Administrator

As a Front of House Reception Administrator for one of our largest and key strategic facilities you will be working as part of a team to oversee the general day to day reception operations across two Bristol sites and will be the first point of contact for people visiting the Boeing Bristol Office. This role sits within the Boeing Global Enterprise Services team.
Responsibilities
1. Answering the main door to visitors and staff.
2. Welcome and sign in guests.
3. Conduct safety briefings upon visitor arrival.
4. Acting as an initial point of reference in the Reception area as required.
5. Manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls.
6. Reporting and recording any building issues, helping to resolve were feasible.
7. To conduct Visitor Pre-screening checks.
8. To manage local badging activations.
9. Collecting and sorting local mail, including franking outgoing post.
10. Management and booking of local hot desks/hot offices/spare offices.
11. Setting up and shutting down local coffee machines.
12. Management of local catering orders and supporting hospitality requests.
13. Co-ordinating and supporting in the set-up of local meetings, including provision and removal of refreshments, supporting IT technicians and room re-organisation (where applicable and appropriate).
14. Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
15. Managing replenishment of any local stock items (e.g. kitchen sundries, water etc).
16. Monitor usage of printer/stationery supplies and reorder as appropriate.
17. Capturing and recording data.
18. Management and execution of local delivery services.
19. Support to local parking arrangements/bookings including EV points.
20. Supporting the site focal in other locally required duties when available and appropriate, including reporting any facility related issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience
21. An addition to the core FOH role there is the possibility to support functional projects, support to local site administration and functional admin.
22. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills to work within a busy team and to support visitors and staff on site, be a team player to deliver initiatives, you should be highly organised and motivated with the ability to multi task and prioritise as needed.
23. A professional and friendly demeanour is essential.
24. The successful applicant will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software packages.
25. Prior Receptionist, Administration, Front of House or Cabin Aircrew experience is preferred. Other similar Customer Service experiences will also be considered.
Additional Information
Please be advised there are two offices in Bristol (within walking distance) and support across both facilities will be required with this position. At times there may be a request to support other Boeing facilities across the UK and Ireland.
This is an ONSITE Position.
