With over twenty consultants & GPs, the practice is busy and dynamic, and sees more than 1500 patients monthly. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. While the primary focus will be on Clinician Recruitment, this role will also support hiring across non-clinical functions such as Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance, Patient Services, Nursing, and Healthcare Assistants.
You will lead strategic recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, proactively sourcing top clinical talent both within and outside London, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Given the specialist nature of clinician recruitment, this role requires a highly professional and detail-oriented individual who excels at building and nurturing long-term relationships with busy, highly skilled professionals.
You will collaborate with the HR Manager, Marketing Team, Team Leads, and Lead Clinical Practitioners to develop innovative strategies to attract talent that align with London Gynaecology’s values and resource needs. A self-starting, creative, and hard-working approach is essential, as you proactively develop solutions. Your ability to collaborate effectively as a team player will be key to ensuring seamless execution and achieving recruitment goals.
This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), and you will mainly be based at our head office on Harley Street. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our team and contributing to London Gynaecology’s ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Clinician Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
* Responsibility for the Clinician recruitment process, ensuring a professional and high-touch approach tailored to the needs of busy, highly skilled consultants.
* Proactively source and attract Clinicians through networking, research, referrals, and industry engagement, building strong relationships that foster long-term recruitment success.
* Arrange and coordinate interviews with internal leadership teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
* Guide Clinicians through the recruitment process, providing ongoing support and ensuring they remain engaged and informed at every stage.
* Manage all pre-employment documentation, ensuring all required materials are sourced, verified, and submitted for approval by the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC).
End-to-End Recruitment:
* Develop and execute innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies across all staff groups, that align with organisational values, goals, and workforce planning needs, enhances London Gynaecology’s reputation and reaches the best candidates.
* Attend and organise recruitment and marketing events to attract talent, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen relationships with potential candidates.
* Craft accurate and detailed job descriptions, create job postings and leverage multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry-specific job boards) to maximise reach and visibility.
* Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating first- and second-stage interviews, conducting role-specific assessments, ensuring candidates meet both skill-based and cultural fit criteria and setting expectations for the interview process and joining London Gynaecology.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, treating all applicants fairly and professionally, maintaining clear communication, and nurturing relationships with both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Workforce Planning & Management:
* Collaborate with the HR team, Senior Leadership and Team Leads to assess current and future workforce needs, ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives.
* Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment success, including time-to-hire, candidate engagement, and offer acceptance rates.
* Ensure all hiring targets and business objectives are met, delivering measurable impact on company growth.
* Manage and optimise the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices while maintaining quality.
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable but not essential).
* 3+ years of experience in senior-level recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organisation.
* Previous experience in healthcare or medical recruitment is highly desirable.
* Strong track record of sourcing, engaging and securing top-tier talent, particularly time-sensitive and specialist roles.
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including talent attraction and interview co-ordination.
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within a clinical recruitment setting.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

* A willingness to be flexible, pitch in and work outside of the core responsibilities of the role; we are a small (but growing) team and we all work as needed from time to time.
