Our third-party client is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team based in Alness, IV17 0UP.
Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00am 4:00pm
Duration: ASAP start for 12 weeks, with possible extension
Based :Alness, IV17 0UP - Fully office based
Main Duties
General administrative support
Answering calls and handling emails
Data entry and maintaining records
Filing and document management
Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Experience Required
Previous administration experience preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office packages
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
