Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

8. Delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
9. Managing vehicle bookings and fleet systems
10. Building strong customer relationships and supporting account management
11. Handling administration, problem-solving, and operational tasks
12. Helping the business grow by giving you the chance to boost income and cut costs
13. Working both independently and as part of a fast paced high-performing team

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

14. Strong communication and customer care skills
15. A flexible approach to work
16. Experience handling enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face
17. No Driving Licence is required for this role – Just the ability to commute to and from the office
18. Business-level IT skills (Excel, Outlook,
19. Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references)
