As a Project Manager within Tesco’s Property function, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality project. You’ll work within a job share working closely with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy. * Work with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy.
* Engage and align with broader business collaborators to collaboratively deliver change.
* Support subject matter expertise and development on standard process of project and change management.
* Provide recommendations to improve and sustain changes that are being or have been delivered.
* Build alignment to delivery of the operational improvement plan projects & programmes.
* Embed our framework for Change, Project & Programme Management throughout Property
* Lead and develop high performing matrix project NWT’s using our Winning Together Behaviours
* Establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance to provide oversight and direction for the project/programme.
* Manage interdependencies and impacts across project/ programme
* Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and identify and manage issues, risks and opportunities
* Project management qualification
* Planning and scheduling experience
* Time management and organisational skills
* People and stakeholder management
* Effective influencing skills
* Proven experience of successfully leading project matrix teams

* Understanding of Property delivery in a retail environment
