RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
* Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
