Our platform empowers organizations in regulated and high-compliance industries to protect their people, customers, operations, and reputations. We enable seamless collaboration and continuous improvement across EHS, quality, audit, operational, and enterprise risk management.
* Lead product due diligence for acquisitions, identifying risks and integration challenges.
* Analyze market fit, product positioning, and strategic alignment for new offerings.
* Design and execute integration strategies that deliver value and enhance user experience.
* Collaborate with senior executives, product teams, engineering, and UX to align roadmaps.
* Define and track success metrics to ensure integration delivers on acquisition goals.
* Communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders, including the board and executive team.
* Champion continuous improvement using Lean and Agile principles.
Skills and Experience
* Product Management experience or Business Development for software products.
* Proven experience with product integration and post-acquisition strategy.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
