Ripple Electrical is a NICEIC registered electrical contractor delivering compliance-focused electrical services for property professionals across the South East of England.
We work closely with housing associations, landlords, letting agents and building developers, specialising in high-volume EICRs and remedial works.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our engineering team. With the high daily volume of certificates being produced, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to oversee compliance, sign off certification, and maintain our technical standards.
We are looking to appoint the right candidate as soon as possible.
The Role
You will be responsible for reviewing and signing off EICRs, auditing engineers’ work, and ensuring full compliance with BS 7671 and NICEIC requirements.
The role is primarily office-based with regular site visits across South East London, Kent and Surrey for audits and post inspections.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and sign off EICRs and associated certification
* Ensure compliance with current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
* Act as / enrol as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
* Carry out on-site audits and post-work inspections
* Shadow engineers to maintain quality standards
* Review photographic evidence and remedial works
* Provide technical support and guidance
* Prepare for and manage NICEIC assessments
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience working as a Qualified Supervisor (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
* Strong experience reviewing and signing off EICRs
* Experience within social housing environments (preferred)
* In-depth knowledge of NICEIC requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK
