A large energy company based in Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor for their legal team based in Bradford. Applications are open to all levels of PQE, but applicants must be qualified solicitors and have experience of dealing with criminal litigation and regulatory matters and will also ideally have experience working on environmental matters (or at the very least have a keen interest in environmental work). The successful candidate will lead on criminal litigation and regulatory matters, advising on environmental incidents, health & safety, and compliance. You'll represent the organisation in court and liaise directly with regulators, especially the Environment Agency, ensuring our operations meet legal and environmental standards. Applicants will need the ability to manage cases independently and provide pragmatic legal advice across the business. Hybrid working is available, the organisation will expect attendance in their Bradford office 2 days a week with the remaining 3 days being available for remote working.
